Commercial Compliance Business Partner

Turn compliance requirements into rules commercial teams can use. You’ll build, run and improve a system suited to Innogen’s stage of commercialization, addressing bribery, channel, pricing and third-party risks. The work combines policies and risk assessment with business reviews, training, monitoring and practical solutions to problems in the field.
What you’ll do
- Build, implement and continually improve the commercial compliance system to match the company’s stage of commercialization, with policies and procedures that work in everyday business.
- Use risk assessments, business reviews and third-party management to identify and prevent compliance risks in bribery, channel management, pricing and other commercial activities.
- Provide compliance training that helps commercial teams understand and apply the requirements in their work.
- Conduct compliance monitoring, inspections and investigations, and drive remediation when issues are identified.
- Keep track of changes in relevant laws, regulations and regulatory policies.
Background and experience
- A bachelor’s degree or above in law, pharmacy, medicine, public health, finance, audit, management or a related discipline.
- At least three years in compliance, internal controls or related work in pharmaceuticals, innovative-medicine companies, healthcare or a related field.
Putting compliance into practice
- Understand the main compliance risks in pharmaceutical promotion, sales and marketing, and the relevant regulatory requirements, including China’s Anti-Unfair Competition Law, Anti-Monopoly Law, Drug Administration Law and Price Law.
- Practical experience with medical representatives, scientific promotion, contract sales organizations (CSOs) and distributor management.
- Strong skills in risk identification, policy development, compliance review and project management, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into specific business rules and operating procedures.
- The ability to analyze business problems independently and propose solutions that control risk and can be implemented in practice.
- Commercial awareness, sensitivity to risk and sound independent judgment, with the ability to uphold compliance principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with frontline teams to resolve practical business problems.
- Personal accountability, a strong ability to learn, and reliable follow-through.
Preferred experience
- Experience in an innovative-medicine company during commercialization.
- Experience in commercial, sales or marketing compliance after a medicine’s launch.

任职要求
教育背景:法律、药学、医学、公共卫生、财务、审计、管理等相关专业本科及以上学历; 工作经验: • 3年以上医药行业、创新药企业、医疗健康企业或相关领域合规、内控等工作经验; • 有创新药企业商业化阶段工作经验者优先; • 有药品上市后商业合规、销售合规或市场推广合规经验者优先; 专业能力 • 熟悉医药行业商业推广、销售及市场活动的主要合规风险; • 熟悉《反不正当竞争法》《反垄断法》《药品管理法》《价格法》等相关法律法规及监管要求; • 对医药代表、学术推广、CSO及经销商管理具有一定实践经验; • 具备较强的风险识别、制度建设、合规审查及项目管理能力; • 能够将法律法规及监管要求转化为具体、可执行的业务规则和操作流程; • 能够独立分析业务问题,并提出风险可控、具有业务可操作性的解决方案。 其他要求 • 具有较强的商业敏感度和风险意识; • 具有较强的独立判断能力和原则性; • 具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够与业务团队有效沟通; • 能够深入业务一线,不仅能够“发现问题”,更能够“解决问题”; • 具有较强的责任心、学习能力和执行能力。
