Director of Investor Relations

Explain Innogen’s business, strategy and operating performance to investors. You’ll lead investor engagement and capital-market events, develop the company’s investment narrative, and turn trading and valuation analysis into advice for management. The role also contributes to accurate disclosures and the capital-market aspects of strategic projects and transactions.
What you’ll lead
- Identify and engage prospective investors globally. Lead preparations for investor meetings, roadshows, results presentations and other capital-market events, and build relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business, strategy and operating performance. Lead the preparation of investment analyses and develop a clear, persuasive account of the company’s value.
- Monitor the share price, trading activity and peer valuations. Produce internal analysis and recommendations that help management make informed decisions.
- Write and review investor-relations materials, including annual reports and press releases, ensuring the information is accurate and compliant.
- Provide capital-market and investor-relations advice on potential strategic initiatives, investment and financing projects, business development and transactions.
What you’ll bring
- A background in biomedicine or a related discipline, with overseas work or study experience.
- Fluent English across speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and at least five years in investor relations.
- Extensive capital-market experience, sound financial knowledge, and familiarity with Hong Kong equity-market regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage investors and analysts in China and internationally.
- Strategic judgment and market-analysis skills, including the ability to assess share-price movements and industry developments and turn them into useful recommendations.
- The ability to work across departments and coordinate internal resources to move investor-relations work forward.

任职要求
1. 学历要求：生物医药或相关学科背景专业,海外工作/留学经验，英文听说读写流利。 2. 经验要求：具备生物医药行业经验，5年以上IR经验。 3. 专业知识：具备丰富的资本市场经验、扎实的金融、财务知识，熟悉港股市场法律法规和信息披露要求。 4. 沟通能力：优秀的沟通表达能力，能够与国内外投资者、分析师等有效交流。 5. 分析能力：具备战略思维，市场分析能力，能对股价、行业动态等进行深入分析，为公司提供有价值的建议。 6. 团队协作：善于跨部门协作，能够协调公司内部资源，推动投资者关系工作顺利开展。
